This blend pairs perfectly with wintry mornings, cozy evenings by a fire, and new plans.

Face Unafraid is blended with coffees from Sumatra, Costa Rica, and a little bit of Kenya. The Sumatra is developed a little further than our dark roast, Descend Blend, in order to bring out those comforting earthy notes like leather and pipe tobacco. The Costa Rican is our Anaerobic single origin roasted light so the cinnamon and sweet plum notes really shine. The Kenyan is roasted to a medium to enhance some of the sweet acidity and add bring the whole blend together with its inherent notes of lightly lemon-essenced black tea.

What you get is a complex blend that begins with rich pipe tobacco, cinnamon, and vanilla on the nose and palette. As it cools, notes of smooth red wine begin to emerge while the cinnamon lingers until the last sip.
