Twilight is our single origin decaf series.

Our decaf is seasonally sourced and always naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water or sugar cane process. That means that zero chemicals are used during the production of your coffee at the farm level.

Whether you’re cutting back on the caffeine or just having a high-quality evening cup, this is your coffee.

Our current decaf is Colombia Valle Del Cauca Sugarcane Decaf.

We roast it to a medium to bring out the milk chocolate, cane sugar, orange peel and toasted walnut which is beautifully preserved via the natural sugar cane decaffeination process.

Twilight is the moment when light passes into darkness. The death of a day with all its possibilities, plunged into night with the hope of rebirth.
