Ascend is our flagship light roast blend. Coffees from Ethiopia and Colombia were roasted to absolute perfection to create a berry forward, crisp, citrusy-sweet, cup.

Ascend Blend was actually named almost a year before it was finalized. We were inspired by a passage in Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s powerful masterpiece, The Gulag Archipelago.
